Project Planned and Executed

The electrical and mechanical services were repaired and maintained for the following buildings in Johannesburg:

• Bongaelic, Dorchester, Landrost, Rondebosch
• San Martin, Smitshof, Tasnim, Phumulani Gardens

The scope included the electrical installations, earthing and lightning protection systems, lifts, cold and hot water systems, and the firefighting services.

In addition, standby diesel generator capacity assessment and replacement were undertaken.
